After it, publishing events and catalog items and opening new terms and classes need the plan. Everything already running keeps running, and families can always register and pay.
The plan
Per block of 25 active people
- Blocks 1 to 4$35.00 a month, or $350.00 a year
- Blocks 5 to 10$25.00 a month, or $250.00 a year
- Blocks 11 to 20$18.00 a month, or $180.00 a year
- Block 21 and up$12.00 a month, or $120.00 a year
Each block is priced at its step, so adding people never lowers your bill.
Paid yearly, a year costs ten months.

How billing works
- atduty takes no fee on any payment your families make: a registration, an installment, a catalog sale or a membership, by card or recorded offline. Their money goes to your own Stripe account.
- Card processing is separate: Stripe charges it to your own Stripe account at its own price. atduty never adds to it.
- The plan is a subscription paid in advance, monthly or yearly, in USD, plus any tax. Pay by card, or by invoice: by bank transfer, ACH or check.
- For now, the plan is sold only to organizations with a billing address in the United States.
- Your bill follows your count. When a month closes above or below the blocks you pay for, the next bill follows, and you are told by email. Your count never stops anyone from registering.
- Paid yearly, a year buys the blocks of your count when it starts or renews. A month that closes above them adds the extra blocks at the monthly price until your renewal; a month below is not refunded.
- Every organization starts with a 30-day trial of the plan, once, with no card, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own. With no plan after it, you can't publish an event or a catalog item or open a new term or class; everything you already run keeps going. 30 days later, roll call, class meetings and your announcements and reminders to a class pause too, until you start the plan.
- If a bill goes unpaid, you are told by email and on your billing page; after 30 days the same class tools pause until it is paid, and paying restores them at once. Families can always register, pay and reach their own data.
- You can cancel from your billing page. The plan ends at the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is refunded for part of a period.
- A verified nonprofit, school or charity gets 50% off the plan, monthly or yearly.
Who counts as an active person
A person with a confirmed place in a term, a class, a recurring series, a one-off event or a competition, paid or not, or a paid appointment, at any time in a calendar month, and a buyer from your catalog in the month they buy. Each person counts once a month. Staff, volunteers and accompanying parents are not counted. A month's blocks are its count divided by 25, rounded up, and at least one.
